| Address | 28 - 30 Station Road , Lower Parkstone , Poole | | Comments | Found The Grove quite by accident and were really glad we did. The service, from Canadian student, Stephanie, was second to none. Not only a genuine smile but a genuine interest in our feedback. Quite a gem and so unusual to find in a typical British establishment. Manager Ed also topped the list of managers in our opinion with his charm and obvious desire to make everything work really well. The food was innovative but needed a little fine tuning which, under Ed, I am sure will come about. I cannot recommend this place enough.

| Address | 1 Bournemouth Road , Lower Parkstone , Poole | | Comments | I had a super supper at Patrick's last week - on the very first Thursday of the restaurant's live music schedule in 2010. We managed to secure one of the two new booths that are in the bar and had a delicious three-course meal while enjoying the Rat Pack Duo. I enjoyed the flagship Tempura Prawns to start followed by a chicken Thai green curry with rice and an onion bhaji while my friends had steak, Guinness and mushroom pie and barley risotto with goat's cheese respectively. The staff are always amazing at Patrick's and head chef Chris is simply superb. We indulged in three desserts of rhubarb and berry crumble and chocolate brownie, vanilla Anglaise and ice cream and a snickerbocker glory! So yummy. The wine list is great and very reasonably priced - you can really take your choice with this one. Well done Pat! Another fantastic evening - we'll be back soon! | |   | Posted by zoe wilson on 2010-02-22 13:43:10 |
| Address | 180 Ashley Road , Parkstone , Poole | | Comments | We ate here with my 16 year old nephew, and 91 year old mother and were very impressed with decor, friendly and attentive staff, good food and value for money. Can highly recommend their buffet, which is cooked especially for you. Will definitely return when we are next in the area. | |   | Posted by Tim Venner on 2010-02-08 13:48:44 |

| Address | Waterford Road , Highcliffe on Sea , Christchurch | | Comments | Having been to the cliffhanger yesterday, I was very impressed. It is set in a fabulous location, and served fantastic food at very competetive prices. | Address | 129, Charminster Road , , Bournemouth | | Comments | I frequently visit the Baraca as the food is excellent as is the atmosphere, linked with the reasonable pricing. Baraca is an excellent place for all occasions!!Tasty mezes, the best chilli sauce and “chocolate supangile”!
There is something on the menu for every taste. I really like the incik and the sultan iskender. I have NEVER been disappointed. The owner treats you like family and uses only the freshest ingredients. The food is authentic, the portions very generous and easily the best value for money in Bournemouth. This is the restaurant my family always comes back to. Whether you go for lunch or dinner, Baraca is top notch for fresh food and friendly service. This restaurant deserves all the praise and is up there with the best restaurants in Bournemouth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Baraca to all

| Address | 42 Holdenhurst Road , , Bournemouth | | Comments | We popped in for lunch and found both the food and the service excellent. The pizza and panini were tasty and well presented and the lady who served us pleasant and attentive. Good choice for vegetarians too! | |   | Posted by Nicola Abbott on 2009-10-06 20:53:33 |
| Address | The Royal Exeter Hotel , Exeter Road , Bournemouth | | Comments | Having read the reviews I was really looking forward to trying out 1812. We ate there on a Tuesday evening in August. I'm glad we made a reservation too because the couple ahead of us in the restaurant were asked to return an hour later.
The service was superb, we were seated promptly, asked for and were served water. We ordered a bottle of the house pinot grigio which was good quality. We decided to go for the menu of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts for £12. This I still feel was excellent value for money and I enjoyed each of the courses, especially the eton mess! :) I had the aubergine starter and the main was a delicious pork steak with creamy potato. Yummy! The service was always prompt & attentive without gushing. All in all I felt this was the best place we ate at in Bournemouth & I would certainly recommend it to a friend. In short: great food, great service & great atmosphere. | |   | Posted by Jennifer H.Owens on 2009-08-27 13:59:42 |

| Address | 1 Bournemouth Road , Lower Parkstone , Poole | | Comments | We regularly eat at Patrick's as the food is always fantastic and the staff so lovely. I can never decide what to choose from as the menu has such a delicious selection. Last time we visited I had the Duck which melted in my mouth followed by an incredible chocolate dessert, it was really good value too at just £9.95 each for 2 courses! | |   | Posted by Nicki Cluley on 2009-07-20 16:58:05 |

| Address | 28 Salisbury Street , , Shaftesbury | | Comments | My daughter and I ate what I consider is the best Indian meal I have ever eaten. The food was excellent, especially the Narikel Duck. The service was discrete efficient. This restaurant is a cut above the average and I would wholehearted recommend without any reservations whatsoever. Good pricing too. | |   | Posted by Margaret Anderson on 2009-05-31 15:55:19 |
| Address | 47a Silver Street , , Lyme Regis | | Comments | Very fresh fish, cooked to perfection. Service was very friendly. Place was very quiet (out of season). Some of the best seafood we have had in the last couple of years. Prices were on the high side of OK. Portions were good. wine list also good and fair/typical prices. we will be back soon! | |   | Posted by phil gordon on 2008-04-07 22:13:33 |

| Address | 38 Maiden Street , , Weymouth | | Comments | Excellent food at reasonable prices cooked freshly while we waited with attentive service and freindly atmosphere. My daughter loves the Onion Rings Starter saying they are the Best in Town she is 20 and we went there to celebrate her Birthday. I had Calamari to start and Fajitas with Gambas to follow -delicious!!
My husband had Garlic Mushroom to start and Paella to follow which he really enjoyed and our daughter had the onion rings and Chimichanga which was served with salad and rice sides and three dips which she really devoured with relish!!! | |   | Posted by Sarah Firmin on 2008-01-11 14:51:52 |
| Address | 56 St Thomas Street , , Weymouth | | Comments | On thurs 24th May my wife and I arrived back from Jersey at Weymouth Ferryport.
We hastily booked into our b&b and headed for the harbour area for an evening meal. Our stroll brought us to Prezzo.
It was about 7.30pm and, after reading the displayed menu, decided it looked the place for us.
As we entered the clean and enviting surroundings we were greeted by a very polite gentleman, who found us a table even though we confirmed that we had not booked.
Following his decription of the board specials we made our choice from the display.
Both main course and dessert were superb, as was the choice of wine.
Service was excellent, and what a bonus to find such clean, modern and well equipped toilets.
I would like to express our thanks to the Management for completing our holiday in such a memorable way. | |   | Posted by Robert Rhodes on 2007-06-11 14:49:57 |
