We believe very firmly in supporting local businesses and we source our produce from local Dorset suppliers who understand our desire for quality and variety of produce to ensure your total enjoyment and satisfaction and nowe around 85% of everything we serve you comes from our partners in the South West a region rich with the finest produce you can buy. We also grow our own vegetables in the garden which we incorporate into the menus to add to your enjoyment. Conference Facilities at The Eastbury.
The Eastbury provides a stylish and professional location, offering light, peaceful and spacious rooms which are ideal for conferences and meetings. We have two Conference rooms that overlook the beautiful acre of walled garden at the rear of the hotel. We can cater for between 2 and 80 delegates and have a range of syndicate rooms available as well so we can cater for all your needs.

We provide a lovely, stylish location, offering light, spacious rooms, all overlooking our beautiful acre walled garden at the rear of the hotel. We offer a wide range of options for your special occasion and we can cater for up to 120 guests, allowing us to tailor make your event to whatever you desire. You can hire The Conservatory, the Library, The Garden Suite and we also have the Lounge and Bars available as well so we can cater for any event you wish to hold.

This is a luxury Boutique Hotel and there are 23 beautifully decorated rooms available for you to stay in, each with en-suite facilities and wonderful relaxing ambiance that will seduce you with their style and understated sophistication and of course the best bit is that if you stay there, you get to dine in the restaurant every day of your stay.

The main dining area is in the Conservatory at the rear of the building offering stunning views of the garden and its open plan nature means you can enjoy the beautiful gardens from any table. There is also a second dining room inside the main building which provides a more intimate dining ambiance for those special moments. In the summer months there is a true al fresco dining area set in the rear Courtyard which allows you to expereince the gardens to the full so really every seat has its own unique feel and ambiance.
Wine List:
Great food deserves equally great wine and we have sources some very special wines from around the world that will compliment our food and massage your palete. They are also good and exciting to drink in their onw right and we also have a range of Champagnes that we have carefully selected for ther smoothness and taste. Functions:
We so love hosting functions. We are well known for hosting Weddings and Business meetings along with other functions such as family celebrations, parties and special occasions and we often erect Marques in the garden for large events so please contact us for further information and read our Weddings and Events sections on the Further Details section below.
Menu Summary:
The key to great food is always the ingrediants and produce you use and we have spent many years sourcing carefully selected suppliers who understand our ethos. It isn't just the ingredients of course, it is how you prepare them that makes a good dish a great one and our Chefs are very passionate about their dishes and never let anything leave our kitchens unless they are perfect. But good produce is governed by the seasons and we change our menus very frequently to cater for the best produce so please read our Menu section below in the Further Details for more information on our current menus.

We serve a number of lovely vegetarian dishes and we will endeavor to cater for any dietary needs but please let us know when you book so we can prepare something really special for you.

Our Chefs are very passionate about the dishes they create and we change our menus to reflect the seasonal availability of fresh produce but here are some sample dishes from a recent diner menu to wet your appetite - Starter - Locally Shot Pigeon Breasts, Parson’s Cured Bacon, Creamed Savoy Cabbage & Sauté Wood Blewits. - Main Course - Guinea Fowl, Roasted Breast and Truffle Boudin made from the leg, Thyme Rosti, Buttered Baby Vegetables and Truffle Sauce. - Dessert - Caramelised Pineapple Tart, Roasted Coconut Ice-Cream and Star Anise.
