The Acorn Inn in Evershot is a beautiful charming country Inn that dates back to the 16th Century. The building is gorgeous and full of history and fame. It is the Inn Thomas Hardy called 'The Sow & Acorn' in his book 'Tess of the d'Urbervilles.'.....Words cannot really decribe the character of the interior, it is something you need to experience for yourself but let's just say, it's stunning. The Talbot Arms is a lovely little 17th Century country pub located in the small village of Benville just south of Evershot. The building is gorgeous. It has real stone floors, real beams and has that lovely intimate, cosy feel that all country pubs should have but what makes it so special is the food. This pub has a loyal following of customers who come from very far away just to dine here. One comes all the way from London and the reason?.....The food is simply stunning. The White Hart is a beautiful period building full of history and intrigue. Built in the early 17th Century, it was used by the infamous " Hanging Judge " Judge Jeffrey's to hold Court. The interior still contains all its history and character and with its stone walls, beams and lovely stone fireplace, you can almost touch the past. But the reason why you should go there is the exceptional food. James, Farrell and Mathew have turned it into one of the best dining pubs in Dorset from the warm welcome they provide through to the gorgeous dishes Mathew, creates from fresh local produce. The Quay Inn is located next to the river and bridge in the historic Town of Wareham that is over 2000 years old and famous in history as being a stronghold of Alfred the Great who built the large earthworks around the town to defend against the Danes in 877 AD. Jeremy, Vanessa and his Chef Daniel Brinklow took over ownership in June 2009 and they have turned the New Inn into one of the best Gastro pubs in Dorset. The Ship Inn is a traditional country Coaching Inn set in a beautiful period building dating back to the 1750's. Inside it has been sympathically resored to reflect its heritage and is full of character and warmth. The Plough is a beautiful period pub just outside Sturminster Newton in a village called Manston. The interior is very unique and offers some very special period features that create a very cosy ambiance. The Rose and Crown in Trent is a picturesque rural gem that dates back to the 14th century and fortunately for us, it still retains its amazing character and charm including original features such as a thatched roof, beams, beautiful large period fireplaces and flagstone floors. This is a Country Pub in the classic sense where you can eat fantastic food in an equally stunning setting and enjoy the relaxing ambiance. Country dining does not come any better than this.

Opened in June 2006 and Located in the Centre of vibrant Lower Parkstone Village, Patrick’s Restaurant and Bar is housed in the premises of a converted bank and is one of the great restaurants in Poole. It's high ceilings, original features and stunning décor make Patrick’s the place to be seen in and the food here is exceptional.
