We love hosting functions and turn your functions into very special events. We can cater for those small intimate events or large gatherings and parties up to 70 people. We cater for any special dietry and menu requirements and anything else you desire.

When you have a passion for something, your enthusiasm for it becomes radiant and it shines into those around you and everything you do and when you enter The Heritage you will feel the radiance of the owners Anne and John and their passion for their restaurant. It is an extension of themselves and when you go there you are entering their own special place. That really is the only way to describe The Heritage.
The personal touch.
Anne and John will greet you personally; look after your every need; even order in food especially for you and they will take you on a truly memorial dining adventure that will subtly seduce you and bring you back again and again because the food here is exceptional, the service is in a different league to any other restaurant in the area and you will be transported into a world of calmness, serenity and tranquillity where time really does stand still. The Heritage is a priceless treasure but the experience will not cost you the earth.
A message from Anne and John.
Our restaurant is open for lunch from Thursdays to Sundays, and for dinner from Mondays to Saturdays. Our style of cooking is contemporary British combined with International. The exception is our Classic Sunday Lunch set menu, the centrepiece of which is, of course, a traditional roast. We are also more than happy to cater for those "could you, please..." special diet requests.

Our heritage.....Our fine dining restaurant and accommodation business was established some 30 years ago and since then has enjoyed an enviable reputation amongst locals and visitors for its food and hospitality. Consistently good, but sometimes better than others, we are pleased to say that long-term regulars tell us that we are taking it back up to the top!

We love hosting functions and we always make an event into a very special one. We can cater for an intimate private party of 10 and larger gatherings of up to 70 people. We cater for Weddings, significant birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, business meetings and management away-days and other special events. Price Range:
You can enjoy a light lunch from £5.25, or a more substantial one for around £10.95. A typical three-course dinner will cost approximately £25.00 per head.
