Plumber Manor is a beautiful Country House Hotel in the village of Plumber, just outside Sturminster Newton. The New Inn is a gorgeous 16th Century Coaching Inn set in the heart of Dorset in Cerne Abbas. Parts of it actually date back to the 13th century and it retains many period features and character, but what makes it so special is the exceptional food they serve. Jeremy, Vanessa and his Chef Daniel Brinklow took over ownership in June 2009 and they have turned the New Inn into one of the best Gastro pubs in Dorset. The Ship Inn is a traditional country Coaching Inn set in a beautiful period building dating back to the 1750's. Inside it has been sympathically resored to reflect its heritage and is full of character and warmth. You can also stay there but the real attraction and the reason people come from miles away to eat there is their stunning food. Dining here really is exceptional, from the three restaurant areas through to the food itself. Spoil yourself and go there.

The Greyhound Inn is one of Dorset’s top restaurants. Dining experiences do not come any better than this.
